The Questions I Actually Get.

Do I have to pay for anything to use this? No. Everything in the free pack and everything in the book runs on the free version of ChatGPT. If you already pay for one it’ll be a bit quicker, and that’s the whole difference.

Will it make up my prices? It will if you let it — which is why the number-one rule in the book is that it never gets to. Every prompt is built to hand back [CHECK: …] for anything you didn’t tell it, instead of guessing. Your rates come out of your head and nowhere else. There’s a whole chapter on where AI will burn you, because that’s the chapter that stops it happening.

Are my customers’ details safe? First names and business names only — never a driver’s license, never a card number, never a customer’s home address. A load quote doesn’t need them and neither does the AI. It takes about ten seconds to get into the habit and it’s the one rule I’d want you to follow even if you never read the rest.

Will it sound like a robot? Out of the box, yes — which is why most people try AI once and give up. The first prompt in the free five is the fix: it comes back in plain working English, no “we are pleased to submit”, no exclamation marks. If a customer can tell, the prompt has failed and I want to hear about it.

I’m hopeless with computers. If you can leave a voicemail you can run every system in this book. Nothing to install, nothing to configure, and no typing beyond what you’d put in a text message. Talking beats typing the whole way through — that’s the point of it.
