Worth emailing about
- A download won't open, or a link is dead. Tell me which edition and I'll send the file straight
across.
- You want a refund. Send the word "refund" and your receipt. No form, no questions, no
retention script.
- A prompt didn't work. This is the most useful email you can send me. Tell me what you asked and
what came back, and the pack gets fixed for everybody.
- You want it for a crew or a fleet. Multi-seat licences exist — just ask.
- Anything about your data. See the privacy policy.
Where I am
Far North Queensland, Australia. That means if you're in the United States, my replies will tend to land while you're
asleep — not because nobody's reading, but because it's the middle of the night here.
