Use it, run it on real jobs, and if your quoting and invoicing aren't faster than they were, email me within 30 days of purchase with the word refund and I'll send your money back — usually the same day, always within five business days, to the card you paid with.
You keep the files. I'm not going to chase anybody for a folder of PDFs, and asking you to delete them would be theatre. I'd rather you had them and thought well of me.
This guarantee sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing on this page limits those rights: if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what I said it does, you're entitled to a remedy regardless of what any policy says.
A Pro Pack is a digital download — prompt libraries, editable document templates, printable sheets and walkthrough videos. Delivery is by email immediately after payment clears, plus a download page you can bookmark. There's nothing physical and nothing to post.
You're buying a licence to use the material in your own business: use it, edit it, put your logo on it, run it on as many of your own jobs as you like, forever. What you can't do is resell it, give it away, publish it, or hand it to another business to use as theirs.
Single licence covers one person, or one sole trader and anyone directly employed by them who is using it on that business's own work.
Crew and Fleet Licence (A$299 / US$249, one payment) covers up to ten named people inside one business, including subcontractors while they're working for you. It includes a rollout sheet for getting everyone onto it in a week. There are no seats to administer and nothing renews. Over ten people, email me and we'll sort something out — it won't be complicated. Either licence ends if the business is sold; the new owner needs their own.
The Starter Five and the book-owner prompt library are free, with no strings. They're provided as-is. I update them when the AI tools change, but I'm not promising a schedule.

What you put into them is governed by their terms, not mine — which is why the books tell you to keep customer details, addresses and card numbers out of them.
Prices on Australian edition pages are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices on United States edition pages are in US dollars. Stripe handles the transaction and may show you your own currency at checkout; your bank sets the conversion rate, not me.
